Refund & Returns Policy – Samson’s Hair Wellness

At Samson’s Hair Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as our products are cosmetic and personal care items, we have a limited returns policy in line with UK consumer law.

When We Offer Refunds

We will refund you or replace the product in these cases only:

1. Product Damaged or Defective on Delivery

If the product arrives damaged, broken, or faulty (e.g. leaking bottle, wrong item), contact us within 7 working days of delivery with:

Photos of the damage
Your order number

We will arrange a full refund (including delivery costs) or send a replacement at no extra cost.

2. Non-Delivery

We aim to deliver all our orders within 3–4 working days from the date of checkout, however delivery dates aren’t always guaranteed.

If you have not received your order 7 working days after the checkout date, let us know with your order number. We will investigate with our carrier and issue a full refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

No Returns for Other Reasons

We do not accept returns of opened or unsealed products for hygiene and safety reasons (cosmetics are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once unsealed under Consumer Contracts Regulations).
No refunds for delays under 7 working days (delivery estimates are not guaranteed).

How to Request a Refund

Email us at customerservice@samsonshairwellness.com or contact WhatsApp support at +447344686047 with:

Your order number
Photos of damage (if applicable)
Your full name and address

We will respond within 2 working days and process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request (or returned goods if replacement not possible).

Our Liability

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law (e.g. faulty goods rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015). If you have any questions, just reach out – we’re here to help.
